Make Colorado Affordable:

Our economy should empower our people to thrive and prosper. Our policies must allow people to create and produce new wealth, become independent for themselves and their families, and to truly experience what American exceptionalism means.

As your next Representative from House District 50, I understand the key economic issues of my home community. I will fight to preserve and protect:

* Our energy independence with oil and gas

* Our agriculture industry

* Our personal and property rights

* Our small businesses

It's the spirit of entrepreneurship and local businesses that are the backbone to our country -- and to House District 50. The state government has no right to kick out the industries that make our area of Colorado great. I'll fight to preserve OUR way of life here in Greeley.

Expand Education Options:

Ensuring our children receive education -- not indoctrination -- and learn how to think, not what to think, is key. Parents have the right to make decisions about their children's education, and I'll always be a voice for ALL parents' rights.

I'll work hard to:

* Keep our resources up to date here in Greeley/Evans,

* Ensure our education system is competitive to allow for growth, and

* Support policies that enable children to reach their full potential.

We can create more education options for all families through school choice. We can allow for not only great neighborhood and great charter schools, but also other alternative schools that fit our community, including skill-based schools -- vocational and trade.

I believe we need to put an end to Critical Race Theory. As a Hispanic man and the child of Mexican immigrants I know firsthand that no child of color should be taught they aren’t good enough and that they will always be oppressed. That is one of the biggest lies young children are being told. It's time to stop the lies. Remember, its principles and values that bring people together.

Prioritize Public Safety:

Violent crime is at a 25-year high in Colorado. We are the #1 state for auto theft. Increasing crime means our neighborhoods aren’t safe and our property is being stolen and destroyed. This is what so-called "progressive" policies have produced in our communities.

It's time for a change. Action on crime must be swift. We must allow our law enforcement officers and first responders to have the resources and the training they need. We must work with the community to crack down on crime together. I'll work to fix loopholes created by those currently in power that let dangerous criminals out on our streets. I'll ensure we have strong punishments for severe crimes so that our children and families aren't subjected to rampant violence in our community.
